How to recognize black rice?
Generally, black rice is shiny and the size of rice grains is uniform. Therefore, consumers can scrape off the outer skin layer of rice grains and observe whether the rice grains are white.
Black rice contains some impurities such as rice husk, red, white, etc. and other heterochromatic particles. Black rice needs to be color-selected to remove the heterochromatic particles and enhance its quality and nutritional value.
